If after taking delivery of your item, if you wish to return your item (does not fit, was not what you expected or wanted, etc), you may request a Return Materials Authorization for your purchase via our online RMA Form, as long as your item arrives back to our warehouse unused and in the same exact condition (see below for specifications) as it was shipped to you, within 30 days of the delivery date,
per the policy terms set forth below. If no other item is purchased from us within forty-five (45) days
from the date your item arrives at our warehouse in Florida, and item is returned in accordance with
the policy stipulations below, 70% of the purchase price, minus all shipping charges to and from
your location will be promptly refunded via company check or credit card refund, if item is returned
under the policy rules set forth above and below. If item was purchased with a "free shipping" offer,
all incoming and outgoing shipping charges will be deducted, in addition to the 30% restocking fee.
Our Return Policy excludes all items sold as "Special" or "Custom" orders, all items sold either
as "Open Box", "As-Is" or "Less Than Perfect, along with replacement parts, redemption games,
kiddie rides, vending machines, photo booths and all accessories. All items shipped outside of the
USA or to Commercial, Government or Non-Profit accounts are not returnable under this policy.
All brand new items must be returned in brand new, unused condition with their original box and packaging, or in unused condition for all preowned and refurbished products, along with all original packaging, paperwork, manuals, parts and supplies. Any return not conforming to these standards
will be assessed a 30% restocking fee, in addition all shipping charges to and from your location
and any other charges incurred by us associated with cancelling your Order.
Any item that is damaged either by you or during shipment, or is returned in used condition,
is not eligible under this return policy. Contact us for information about filing a damage claim, or
to obtain product service or support if your product is experiencing any problems after delivery..
Customer is responsible for costs for return shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. We
will be more than happy to help arrange insured pickup of your return from your location. Please
retain your shipment tracking information from the shipper until you have been credited.
Any item not received back into our Missouri warehouse within 30 days of date of delivery to you,
as stipulated on your Bill Of Lading, is not eligible for this policy. Please allow up to 18 days for
shipping from your location to our warehouse to insure that your purchase is returned to us on time.
Please note that all online purchases made on eBay or Amazon are eligible for store credit only.
Other Product Returns
Defective Products will be repaired under the original manufacturers (OEM) product warranty,
(or in accordance with any BMI Free Warranty that may apply to your purchase) and cannot be
returned, unless they cannot be repaired, or are returned under the conditions of our 30-Day Game Return Policy above. If your purchase was damaged in shipment or is returned in used condition,
it is not eligible for return under this policy.
Items shipped by us in error (wrong item) will be replaced with the correct item ordered, and
no refund will be issued, unless the item is either out of stock or no longer available, in which case
a full refund of all monies paid will be issued, as long as items are returned in unused condition
along with all paperwork, manuals, parts, supplies and accessories.
Any returns for items that do not conform to these specifications above will be assessed a 30% restocking fee, but customer will not be responsible for any inbound or outbound shipping charges.
