Damaged Products / Shipping Damage Claims
All claims for shipping damage incurred during transit must be made in writing via phone
at + 314.396.8500 or email (email@example.com) within (24) hours of delivery to
the Purchaser , based on the date delivered on Purchaser's Bill Of Lading. Any claims not made
within that period shall be deemed waived and released. Our sole responsibility with respect
to such claims shall be at our option, to repair or replace the product, product component or
product cabinet or enclosure at the Purchaser's location, which we determine to be defective.
This policy does not apply in respect to any valid product warranties that are in effect.
Evaluating and Making a Shipping Damage Claim
I f you just received your game, and it appears to have been damaged by the shipper
during shipping, take the following steps immediately , then call us at + 314.396.8500
so we can assist you in filing a damage claim with the freight company as soon as possible.
If the damage is slight , and you choose to accept the shipment and sign for it after inspecting
the game, have the shipper stay with you while you inspect the contents of the container for any
additional damage that was not visible before opening. If you are unsure how to proceed, please
call us at for assistance before signing the shipping receipt if possible, and make sure you note
all damage to the game on the shipping bill before you sign it .
If the damage appears to be very extensive , you should refuse the shipment and call
us, and we will arrange for a replacement game to be sent out to you as soon as possible..
DO NOT sign anything if you choose to refuse the shipment.
If you keep the game , if the damage is not extensive, we may ask you to take a few photos of
the damage and forward to us, so that we can accurately assess the damage and determine
what needs to be done (if the game can be repaired or replaced, or what adjustments might be
needed to the value of the game) and in order to expedite your claim with the shipping company.
