Due to the overwhelming demand for top-quality refurbished games from our customers and the
flood of substandard games being sold through online sites such as eBay and  "offline" game
auction firms, we have discontinued offering all service and replacement parts for games that
were not purchased directly from BMI Gaming, nor can we answer any service questions,
in order for our technicians to provide our clients the highest level of quality service possible.
