All customers are entitled to our free, lifetime technical support and product assistance
via phone or email for the life of their game for purchases from BMI Gaming directly.

BMI Gaming is also one a handful of distributors to have assembled a large network of
game technicians over the years that can visit your business or home to repair a broken
or non-working game or machine (Additional charges for on-site services will apply)

Please note we do not offer service or parts for any items not purchased from us directly.

All Brand New Products come with the Original Manufacturer Warranty (typically one year or less)

in addition to our 30-Day New Product Limited Warranty. Many new products (as marked on our site)

also come with our Free One Year Limited Electronics Warranty which covers electronic circuit boards.

All Preowned / Refurbished Products come with our 90-Day Limited Product Warranty

We also offer Comprehensive Extended Warranties on all new and preowned video arcade games,
pinball machines, jukeboxes, dart machines, arcade games and air hockey tables, in addition to any applicable original manufacturer warranties, from two to four year extended game warranty terms.

  arcade games and air hockey tables, in addition to any applicable manufacturer
  warranties for games used in a non-commercial (home use only) setting.
