Please read the following important information if you have game (s) or other products
that need to be stored at our warehouse prior to pickup, shipping or local delivery:
We have limited space at our warehouse to store items, so make sure to pick up your item
or have it delivered as soon as possible after we notify you that your item is ready for pickup,
unless we are handling the shipping for you, or you have made prior arrangements with us.
If we are storing your product (s) at your request, all storage fees must be paid
in advance prior to product release. We charge $10.00 per item per day or $75
per item per month, whichever is less. Any item that has not had storage fees paid
after 60 days of our request for payment becomes property of BMI Worldwide. Any
payment or deposit received will not be refunded, and is forfeited along with the item.
Any item left at our premises more than seven (7) days after being repaired or after
scheduled or estimated pick up or delivery time (does not apply if we are handling the
shipping of your item), will be subject to a storage charge of $10.00 per days per
game or $75 per item per month, whichever is less
Any item that has been on our premises for more than sixty (60) days after being
repaired or after scheduled pickup or delivery time (without prior arrangement) becomes
the property of BMI Worldwide. Any payments or deposits received in connection with
the item will not be refunded and will be forfeited along with the item.
