Unlike most other dealers,
you can buy with confidence
at
BMI Gaming, as all
of our games (excluding special order items, sports, casino, redemption, kiddie,
carnival and amusement games, furniture,
neon, vending,
accessories, games sold
"as-is" or "less than perfect", or games sold to
commercial, non-profit
or government accounts) come with our 30-Day Game Return Policy.
If after taking delivery of your game,
if you wish to return your game (does
not fit, was not what you expected or wanted, etc),
you may
request
a Return
Materials Authorization for your purchase via our online RMA Form,
as
long as your game arrives
back to our warehouse unused and in the same exact
condition (see below for specifications) as
it
was
shipped to you, within 30 days of the delivery date,
per the policy terms set forth below. If no
other game
is
purchased from us within thirty (30) days from
the date your game
arrives
at our
warehouse in Florida, and game is returned in accordance
with
the policy stipulations below, 80%
of purchase price, minus all shipping charges
to
and
from
your
location, will
be promptly refunded
via company check or credit card refund, if item
is returned under
the policy rules set forth below. If
item
was purchased with a "free shipping" offer, actual incoming & outgoing shipping charges
will be deducted from your refund, in addition to the 20% restocking fee.
All eBay sales are entitled to a MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY -
No cash refunds on eBay items.
All brand new games must be returned in brand new, unused
condition
in their original box and packaging,
or in unused condition for all
preowned / refurbished products, along with all original packaging, paperwork, manuals, parts and supplies.
Any return not conforming to these standards
will be
assessed a 30% restocking fee,
in addition all shipping
charges to and
from your location.
Any game that is
damaged either by you or during shipment, or is
returned in used condition,
is not eligible under this return policy.
Please
contact us for information about filing a
damage claim,
or
to obtain game service
if your game is experiencing any problems.
Customer is responsible for costs for return shipping and
proof of delivery on all returns. BMI
Gaming will be more than happy to help arrange insured pickup of
your return from your location.
Please retain your shipment tracking information from the
shipper until you have been credited.
Any game not received back
into our Florida warehouse within 30 days of date of delivery
to you,
as stipulated on your Bill Of Lading, is
not
eligible for this policy.
Please allow up to 15 days for
shipping from your location to our warehouse to
insure that your purchase is returned to us on time.
Please note that all
online purchases made on eBay are eligible for store credit only.
Other Product Returns
Defective items will
be repaired or replaced under the original manufacturers (OEM)
product warranty,
(or in accordance with our own free warranties that may apply to
your purchase), or under the terms of
our extended warranty
program, if one was
purchased at the time of sale, and cannot be returned,
unless
they are returned under the conditions of our 30 Day Game Return
Policy.
Items shipped in error (wrong game) will
be replaced with the correct game ordered. New Games must be returned
with its original box and/or packing, along with all of
the original paperwork, manuals, parts and supplies. Preowned (used) games must
be returned in unused
condition.
Any return for a game shipped in error that do not conform to these specifications
will be assessed a 15% restocking fee, but customer
will not be responsible for any shipping charges to or from our location.
All game, machine, sign and part
accessory sales are
final,
as detailed in our Terms
and Conditions
and items that have been shipped to or received by you cannot be
returned for refund or credit, except under select or
extraordinary circumstances, and strictly on a
case-by-case basis, and only with a RMA
Return Materials Authorization, and minus all inbound and
outbound freight charges incurred in the delivery and return of
your accessory, plus payment of a restocking charge of 30% on
the total accessory price.
We take a video
of the game condition and game being played for all
refurbished games before
shipping,
to insure you
only receive a excellent quality machine that is guaranteed
to work! We may also take back
games that have been damaged by you on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion, but
at a price to reflect the
repair of any damage done to
the game, plus shipping and processing charges. We cannot take back games
that have been damaged beyond
reasonable repair.
All damage claims for shipping must be
filed directly by you with
the shipper in
a timely fashion the same for reimbursement, and our customer
service team is more than happy to assist
you with your claim,
as well as assistance in the repair of game.
