Our 30 Day No-Hassle Return
Policy
- If after taking delivery of your game,
if you wish to return your
game (does not
fit, the
game was not what you expected, etc),
you may fill out the Return
Materials Authorization (RMA) Form online
below, as long as
your game arrives
back to our warehouse unused and in the exact
condition as
it
was
shipped to
you, within 30
days of the delivery date,
per the policy terms. If no
other game
is
purchased from us within thirty (30)
days from the
date your game
arrives
back at our
warehouse in Florida, and game is returned in accordance
with the
return policy stipulations, 80%
of purchase price, minus all shipping charges
to
and
from
your location, will
be promptly refunded
via company check or credit card refund within 30 days, if returned per
the policy terms. If your
return came with
with a "free shipping" promotion, the actual incoming and outgoing shipping charges
will be deducted from your refund,
in addition to the 20% restocking fee.
All new games must be returned in brand new, unused condition
in their
original
box and packaging,
or in unused condition for all refurbished products, along with all
the original packaging, paperwork, manuals, parts and supplies. Returns not conforming to
our policy will be assessed at least a 30% restocking fee,
in addition
to
all shipping
charges to and
from your location. Any game not received back into our warehouse
within
30 days
of
date of delivery to
you, as stipulated on your Bill Of Lading, is not eligible for this policy.
Please allow up to 15 days
for shipping from your location to our warehouse
to insure that your game is returned
on
time. Any game that is damaged by you or during shipment
is not eligible under
this return policy. If your
game is
damaged or broken or in need of repair, please
contact us about filing a
damage claim or
obtaining game service.
