Administrative Assistant - Full Time Job (South Florida, Palm Beach County - Boca Raton, FL)
BMI Worldwide is looking for an Administrative Assistant with a sunny disposition, very high attention to detail, willingness to take instructions and ability to learn new skills quickly, along with the ability to type at least 45 WPM accurately. Persons who are passionate about arcade games and amusement products, and/or previous experience working in a global distribution or wholesale environment are desired, but not required for this position. This position
is expected to run about 40-45 hours per week, but will require occasional nights or weekend work hours as needed.
In this position, you will be responsible in assisting many aspects of our daily workflow, from daily accounting data entry to shipping, order fulfillment, customer service and marketing data entry and support , among other duties that may be assigned to you as needed, and based on current demand. Training in these areas will be provided if required, but we insist on only hiring fast thinking, "high-bandwidth" individuals who are interested in moving up the ladder down the road.

Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to) :
Processing and data entry of customer orders
Processing and data entry of vendor invoices
Processing and data entry of shipping invoices

Organizing and filing of office paperwork, running various office errands as needed.

Position Requirements :
High School Degree (Min) - Recent college grads, or attending college (nights only) highly desired

Sales Commissions + Potential Bonuses (Est. Total Compensation $50K - $95K+/ Yr)
Position Requirements :
Must have at least 1 Year experience in Commercial Arcade Sales (OR) 2 + Years experience
in FEC / Arcade Management, coupled with demonstrated sales and customer closing skills
Must have clear, upbeat telephone voice, pleasant, helpful personality and attention to detail
Must possess excellent business writing, typing and grammatical skills in English (Multi-lingual preferred).
Must provide at least (2) Work References and (2) Personal References.
Prior Sales Management experience a plus, but not required.
