Many new products plus other selected used products as noted now come with our exclusive Free
One (1) Year Game Electronics Limited Warranty which covers the repair or replacement of any
defective part (s) on most electronic circuit boards for a period of One (1) Year from date of shipment
The BMI Gaming Free Limited One (1) year Game Warranty covers up to $2500.00 in electronic component repair and/or replacement costs if they fail anytime during the coverage period, but does
not cover damage from outdoor use, weather damage, acts of god, electrical overloads, game abuse or neglect or damage due to repairs that were made and not authorized by us, or any repairs performed by
a third-party service provider not first approved by the BMIGaming.com Technical Support Team.
While some of our customers enjoy repairing their products themselves, it is not a very good idea unless you are very certain about what you are doing. Any warranty work done must be performed by us or our agents, and the work to be performed must be approved by us first. Any work performed by you or other repair person not authorized by us first in writing is your full responsibility, and will void your warranty.
Purchasing a BMIGaming.com Extended Warranty is a great idea to further insure your investment
is fully protected. All Extended Warranties must be purchased before you take delivery of your item(s).

The Fine Print : Our Free One Year Game Electronics Warranty covers the repair and/or replacement of all electronic components
which fail on major electronic circuit boards in your product, with the exception of : PC's and Hard Drives, Plasma, LCD and CRT Monitors
or touchscreen components, plus all mechanical or electromechanical parts. You only pay just the cost of shipping (if any) for the covered component (s) to and from BMIGaming.com and/or its authorized service agent for immediate repair or replacement.
This free warranty does not cover: (a) damage or failure caused by or attributable to acts of God, abuse, accident, misuse, improper
or abnormal usage, failure to follow instructions, improper installation or maintenance, alteration, lightening or other incidence of excess
voltage or current; (b) any labor charges, including the removal or reinstallation of any covered component; (c) any type of physical or cosmetic damage; (d) any transportation or shipping costs; (e) repair or parts other than those provided or authorized by BMI Gaming;
(f) commercial usage, as defined as any use outside of a home or personal primary residence.
Except as provided herein, BMI Gaming makes no express warranties or implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness
for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of the warranties contained herein, and BMI Gaming shall have no responsibility or liability
to customer or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by performance or use of
the product or arising out of any breach of this warranty, including but not limited to damages resulting from inconvenience, loss of time, data, property, revenue or profit or any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
