Inside Game Delivery Service :
All items marked with the * Free Shipping - Inside Delivery logo are entitled to our free inside
(either in-home or in-business) game delivery anywhere to the ground floor of your location within
the Continental USA. Please call for discounted shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Mexico.
Our shipping and logistics firm will deliver your game (s) anywhere on the ground floor of your home
or business, unpack the game and remove all the packing materials (if requested; please note that
all packing materials are needed to return any game, otherwise a restocking fee will be charged)
If your game needs to be delivered either upstairs or downstairs, or around the back or
side of your home, a minimum $125 Stair Charge applies. If you do not indicate the need for
this service at time of order, and the shipping company must re-deliver your games because of
this, additional shipping charges will apply. Free shipping applies only to deliveries where standard
18-wheel trucks can deliver your item. Additional charges apply for deliveries using custom trucks,
delivery up or down stairs as detailed above, or around to the back of your location from curbside,
or any other type of special delivery. Additional ship charges are the full responsibility of the Buyer.
* Free White Glove Inside Delivery does not include $75 Insurance Charge per item to cover in-transit shipping damage.

Free Curbside Liftgate Delivery Service :
All games marked with the * Free Shipping - Curbside logo are entitled to our free "Curbside"
delivery with Liftgate Service to your home or office at no additional charge anywhere within the
Continental USA as long as your location is reachable by a standard 18 wheel semi truck.
A small additional charge may apply if your location cannot be reached by 18 wheel truck.
Please call for your discounted shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Mexico.
What the "Other Guys" will "forget" tell you about their Free Curbside Ship Offers :
Curbside Delivery is exactly that - delivery to the "Curbside" of your location. And "Curbside
Delivery" stipulates that the customer is responsible for unloading the item from the back of the
truck, which in some cases can be problematic without the help of a "Liftgate", which allows the
driver equipped with a special liftgate truck to place your item on its "lift" and then lower it to the
ground for easy removal. For all items over 250 Lbs, we strongly recommend that you upgrade
to our "White Glove Inside Delivery" for both your personal safety and peace of mind. Of course,
if you have a loading dock at your location, employ a few strong workers, know some players on
your kid's high school football team, or maybe own a moving company, you'll be fine!
However, in some cases (especially if you offer a cash tip from $10-$50 depending on the size
and how far he has to move it), truck drivers might be willing to assist you with moving products
into your garage or even inside your location from the curbside without an upgrade as a courtesy,
but remember that drivers are absolutely not obligated to do this for you. To insure a trouble
and accident-free delivery experience with all heavy items over 175 Lbs, we again suggest that you
consider upgrading to our Inside Delivery Service at the time of your order.
You can upgrade from Free Curbside Delivery to "White Glove Inside Delivery" anytime
prior to your order being shipped, and you will only be charged the difference between
the value of the free curbside shipping and the inside delivery charge.
