Arcade Game Deposits Policy 
Fully Refundable Game Deposits ($500) are required to find any "waitlisted" or other game not in
stock. We do this because it can take hours for our purchasing staff to locate a particular game, and
we want to be sure customers are serious about purchasing a game, when we locate it for them.
Your deposit is fully refundable anytime (no exceptions) except after we locate your requested
game, then quote you a price for that game, and you agree to purchase that game from us. At that
point, your initial deposit is applied to the final total of your purchase and becomes non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Game Deposits ($500) are required to reserve advanced purchase (preordered) games or "incoming" games, if you elect not to purchase the game in question outright. This type of game deposit is non-refundable. For deposits on in-stock games, we can hold these type of games
up to a maximum of 30 days. If game is not purchase by then, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
If you need us to "hold" a game longer than 30 days, please consider our layaway plan or you may pay for the machine in full. Please keep in mind that storage costs may be incurred if games purchased or on hold (that are in our stock) are not picked up or shipped within seven days after you are notified your game is ready to ship (unless we are handling the shipping)
